      All moles should be checked by a GP before you do anything. Particularly if they have changed shape, size or colour. Blue black moles and ones with uneven edges are the ones to be concerned about as they can be hiding skin cancers underneath.

      No herbal remedy will get rid of moles. Sorry. But the only way is by surgical incision and removal.

    How to get rid of a really old stubborn tan?
    Two years ago I went to a football game in a low-cut shirt. I'm extremely pale and I wore sunscreen but I still managed to get a really weirdly shaped tan that has not gone away!
    Then a couple months ago I went to a waterpark and was only out for a few hours, covered in SPF 50 (which I reapplied about 3 times throughout the day) yet again, another weirdly shaped tan to go with the one I already had. I don't understand why this happens to me, I almost never go out in the sun and I always wear sunscreen!
    I'm getting my senior pics done in a few weeks and I'd really like to try and fade these stupid tan lines. My whole body is really ghostly white except for my shoulders and my upper arms and parts of my chest and I'll be wearing a strapless dress. I exfoliate every time I shower and it does nothing, what else can I do to get rid of my ugly tan??
    I have very sensitive skin so NO CHEMICALS please!

      Sounds like you and I have similar skintones (my girlfriend says I'm the 'next thing to an albino'). I've never found anything that's safe to fade tan lines.

      However, I thought I'd let you know why you still tan even with SPF 50. If you are as pale as I am, you will start to burn in 5 minutes without sunblock (most people start to burn in 10 minutes)---not that you will immediately see the burn after just 5 minutes, but it will show up later. You need to take the number of the sunblock (don't ever buy sunscreen if you're so naturally pale, as you need *all* the blocking you can get) and multiply it by the speed at which you burn (in my case, 5) to get the number of minutes you may be in the sun without burning/tanning. 50x5=250 minutes from time of application (not time of getting into the sun), so you need to reapply every 4 hours and 10 minutes (I round it to 4 hours so I don't have to worry about remembering the odd minutes). If you don't have waterproof or sweatproof sunblock, reapply early if you get wet or sweat. This should help in the future.

      I suggest that you put sunblock on the parts that are currently tanned and leave off the sunblock on the parts that will be showing for the picture. Then, go out and get a little sun, maybe 10 minutes a day over a period of several days to even up your tan. Don't try to even it up all in one day, you will only succeed in getting a bad sunburn (been there, done that....ouch!!!). Also, do your tanning on grass, not dirt, concrete, on or in water, or on blacktop, as the other stuff will reflect the sun & cook you twice as fast......which means that if you go somewhere with a lot of this stuff, reapply sunblock twice as often (every 2 hours) as normal.

      It's important to look after your skin, as the very fair wind up with photo-aging (wrinkles due to sun) and skin cancer very easily.

      For your picture: if you wear makeup, don't use face powder for the shoot, as it just reflects the light & the pics come out looking bad.

      OK. I'm no Doctor, but I believe skin cancer was the most common type because of sun. There are various creams out there. Sun block helps, & of course melenion as pigment helps too ( Good to be a Black person). I think with sunblocks, there's various SPFs available to protect. I think the differnences in SPFs are for tanning? Lucky I'm what I am, content really. I think usage of sun block helps, wear comfortable long sleeves. don't rule them up, limit how much sun exposure you have daily. Can't fix the past, since it's in the past. What ever you decide, you have a opinion already, don't focus on what the media thinks, because the media is just messed up, how they are. If I helped with any advice, good.     Well my sister Mariah passed away. She was only 2 and 1/2 when she died. She had a heart diasese called cartiomiopithe and she had to get a heart transplant and got a berlin heart from Germeny, the mechanical heart caused brain trama and damage and so we had to take her off the venolater and she died. Then my grampa passed away, I was very very close to him. We found out he had cancer then 2 weeks later he was gone.

When something like this happens we naturally go through a grieving process. For some people it lasts longer than others. You will surprise yourself and find strength you never knew you had. I lost 2 older family members and then my father to cancer when I was 16 all with in 5 months of each other. I'm 32 and still have my weak moments. It just never seems fair that some of us are plagued with such misfortune while others go on about their business like nothing happened.       It is true that in MOST cases, a person's immune system will get rid of HPV by itself. However, that is "most", not "all". Clearing HPV takes a variable amount of time - typically 6 to 24 months.

      However, the minority of people who are unable to clear HPV infections may be at risk of developing cervical cancer if they are infected with particular strains - most commonly types 16 and 18, and a few other types as well.

      I'm not sure about the effect of smoking on clearing the virus - although it is well known that smokers are significantly more prone to cervical cancer than non smokers.

      The reason the HPV vaccine is recommended for all young women is that there is no way of knowing in advance who is going to be able to clear HPV infections naturally and who isn't. HPV infections are extremely common. Nearly all sexually active people get them. They cause potentially serious problems in only a small minority, but the problems are so serious that it's worth vaccinating everyone, even though most people wouldn't get cervical cancer from the virus.

      It's just that we don't know beforehand who will and who won't.

      Bacterial vaginosis is a bacterial infection, as such the only way to get rid of this infection is to get antibiotics, so you need to see your doctor to run tests first because you can't treat an infection when you don't know what it is - as well as the fact that many women suspect infection when actually symptoms are normal discharge, if you treat an infection you don't have you may cause more harm than good.

      Hydrogen peroxide is NOT a cure for BV, it is a cure for yeast infections.
      It's a mix of 1 teaspoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide with 1 cup of water, it can burn but as it is naturally occurring within your vagina it does not harm, however when we use it we do so without douching, for example by washing it over our genitals, and then it's best used in conjunction with other methods to fight yeast infections. Again, it will not treat BV.

      Douching is VERY harmful - more so if you have an infection.
      Your vagina has an acidic pH to help kill off harmful bacteria, if you have BV it may be down to an imbalance in vaginal pH so in turn bacterial imbalance, douching will further effect vaginal pH by making your vaginal pH even less acidic - so higher risk of causing more infections or making the infection you have worse. Your vaginal walls are made up of mucosa which is like skin only without top protective layer, discharge protects vaginal walls from damage and bacteria, but douching cleans away this discharge leaving vaginal walls exposed, so higher risk of TSS, STD's and cervical cancer.       omg i know! as a medical student i haven't sleep good since i've been doing my rounds. i dont have time to do a lot of girly stuff like i used to like cucumber treatments, only thing i have time for is concealer and moisturizer, since mine are so dark now i had to pick up another color of concealer, i prefer a full coverage concealer so i dont have to work to hard because i dont have time to let liquid sit then apply another layer of liquid so the MAC studio finish concealer is thick but it feels lightweight on myself, i am naturally an nc30 but i had to pick up nc35. i noticed that applying a slightly darker concealer on top of my dark circles covers the darkness of it and then i apply my natural skin color concealer over the darker on it just brings it back to my natural skin tone. its great because i can actually carry them in my scrub pockets to i dont have to keep heading back to my locker to just apply it. remember to apply extra moisturizer to your under eyes for moisture. good luck!

I have no idea how long, since I don't know how long you've been exposed to the sun, but your penis if they're dark, many people also have dark pubes NATURALLY. Number one rule: stay out of the sun.       There is a false assumption by many that chemical flea/tick/lice products keep these pests from getting on the dog/cat. They do not. There isn't a chemical product out there that will do that! They are made to kill the flea/tick/lice as they suck poison from the cat/dog after latching on. Regarding ticks, the theory is that if the tick is not seen and removed within a 12 hour period, the tick will fall off within that time frame because it has been poisoned. That's the chemical company's theory! It is believed that a tick must remain on a dog over 12 hours for the Lymes disease to set in. However, no one is really sure that all ticks will fall off within a 12 hour period or whether or not it takes longer for Lymes disease to set in. My daughter's beautiful golden lab was routinely on Frontline Plus and was vaccinated for Lymes. He came down with the full-blown disease! The key is to examine and comb your pet thoroughly immediately after they have been outdoors and remove any fleas/ticks that may have latched onto them. A natural repellent such as Neem Protect Shampoo and Neem Protect Spray contains botanicals that are repulsive to pests (fleas/ticks/lice), and therefore, the pests are more likely not to latch onto the animal. A sprinkle of garlic daily on your pet's food is an additional repellent because fleas/ticks/lice hate the smell of the dog/cat (even though we don't smell the garlic on them).

      The natural way may be a little more time consuming for the pet owner, but it certainly is worth the time and effort. We are all very conscientious about what we feed our pets and how they are taken care of when they are not well. As I explained, fleas/lice(killed by the poison after latching aboard - they just die a little sooner!) and ticks will latch on to a pet whether or not they have been doused with poison, so wouldn't it be better just to thoroughly examine and comb your pet right after each outdoor jaunt and remove any flea/lice/tick that may have latched on to them rather than using the poison? And wouldn't it be better to stop using the poison and see if, in fact, you have a flea/tick/lice problem? Then, if by chance you do, wouldn't it be better to try the natural way first?

      Please understand that I am very well aware of the health issues involved with flea/lice/tick infestation and I thoroughly believe that everything should be done to eliminate these pests. But after a thorough examination regarding the chemical content of those little vials of poison and the incredible amounts of documentation filed by pet owners regarding the horrific pet medical problems that have been linked to these chemicals, I am opting out of the routine/seasonal application. It's obvious that the words on the chemical product directions insert "wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling" and regarding partly filled vials, "call your local solid waste agency"; never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain", are words that are there because a highly toxic poison is contained therein!       If you have naturally muscular thighs, you're not going to be able to change that with any healthy regimen because you got the muscle from genetics. The only way to lose muscle is to allow it to atrophy or to burn it and both are very unhealthy.

      What you read about distance running is not true, it's a myth. Often people look at how slender distance runners are and thing that if they ran long distances too, they could be slender. That, of course, defies all logic and is non sequitur. Distance runners are slender because they compete and have to be slender to win competitions.

      Each assertion is footnoted. They're making the point that most people have "cardio" all wrong and don't really understand how to train to be fit. And, they did not even mention the more obvious shin splints, tendinitis, early onset osteoarthritis, repetitive stress injuries, etc. Running is a very poor way to exercise.

      Thanks for the question. It's confusing how to battle against it, as there's a lot of conflicting data, but here's some things I've posted elsewhere. The main thing is that you have to ask the right people and avoid those that are making a large profit off of the disease. The American Cancer Society is the wealthiest non-profit in the world, so I'd avoid what they have to say on the matter. Since the 1971 War on Cancer was declared, we've gone from 1 out of 33 being diagnosed with cancer to 1 out of 2 men and over a third of women. Do you think the medical community really wants to cure cancer? You need to look elsewhere if you want to really prevent and reverse a serious disease like this. The truth is out there, but it's not easy to find.

      If you maintain a healthy diet, avoid a lot of the toxic garbage I've mentioned in the list of 14 things below, stay off drugs of all kinds including the prescription and over-the-counter variety, educate yourself, you just about remove the possibility of getting cancer. And if you are the exception, refer back to the sources listed in my post and get rid of it. Thousands have reversed cancer naturally, you just need to know what to do to get rid of it. Many will say it's hereditary been all of the ones who've reversed it successfully that I know of will tell you that it's more likely the cookbook runs in the family. The best juicer I've seen is the Green Life because it contains a magnet in the crushing mechanism to keep your juices from oxidizing as quick if you store them in the fridge. Other juicers like the Champion are probably half the cost, but the juice oxidizes quickly and turns rusty red MUCH faster. You can use primarily organic carrots, beets, apples, romaine lettuce, swiss chard, and other darkly colored vegetables or fruits. Mix it up from week to week for good effect.       3) Exercise.
      4) Sunshine.
      5) Eliminating waste (at least 2 BMs a day), organic coffee (make sure it's not decaffeinated) enemas can help cleanse and remove toxins. Enemas allow the caffeine to be absorbed into the bloodstream which is delivered directly to the liver via the hepatic vein, and that stimulates the liver to purge and cleanse itself.       8) Sleep. For reasons we don't understand entirely, sleep prior to midnight is twice as important as the sleep after. It is a key time when you body flushes toxins, but only if you are asleep. You really need to get to bed early and probably get at least 8 hours. 70% of the healing and restoration occur when sleeping. It also helps if you go to bed and get up the same time every day. It's most critical to get up the same time even if you're tired so you can stay on track.
      9) Removing stress. Right, you have to quit your job to properly heal.
      10) No traveling.
      11) Conviction to stay on the plan.
      12) Stay positive. No TV, newspaper - they're negative. No more research on this stressful site. Pick your plan and do it 100%. Relatives and friends that criticize you going natural are not your friends. If they don't respect your wishes, they will harm your health with their negativity - stay away from them. Remember - just because they don't know anything about natural healing doesn't give them the right to impact your life. Tell them you're going to share your stance with them one time and one time only. You need people that encourage you and keep you motivated. This is a LIFESTYLE change. You will need to literally change your life to get better. Your current lifestyle led to disease, your new lifestyle will lead to health.
      13) Admit you caused the disease, now do something about it.
      14) Spend time with the Lord. Approach this with a clean heart, you can't have sin in your life and succeed. Your releationship with God will grow as a result of your sickness.

      I want to hug Patrick for that tip about milk. Why had I never thought of that?

      My tips would be to wear sunscreen, stay indoors quite often, and avoid sunlight. However, do *not* avoid sunlight completely. Your body needs to absorb some sunlight in order to enable to to absorb vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiencies are heavily linked with cancer, so it would be a rather bad idea to deprive your body of it.

      Exfoliating your skin is very helpful as well. Exfoliating rids your face of dead skin cells by shedding a thin layer of skin off. Keep that in mind, though, because it will help you to remember that you should *never* exfoliate more than once a day. I did that on accident (I had forgotten that I had already exfoliated that day; brain fart), and the result was rather... pink. Not a "healthy glow" sort of pink, either. I would recommend Aveeno Clear Complexions. It can be bought at most convenience stores for around .00 - .00, and it's certainly worth it.

      A colon cleanse probably won't wont be of much help, given that roundworms live throughout the intestine, not just the colon. In any case, colon cleansing is baloney, a made up marketing gimmick.

I did that once because I didn't feel good about myself so I thought if I could act more like my Leo sun sign I'd be awesome or at least acceptable....I didn't like it, seeing everyone around me especially my brother Leo shine so bright and make it look so easy.       Cancer is a general term for a normal cell that grows out of control. Normally cell growth is kept in check by our immune system and if it detects a cell has grown incorectly it will repair it or get rid of it. Cancers typically grow when the immune system is compromised like certain disease, poor general health or nutrition. If you have a genetic "tendancy" for a cancer...you don't have to get it, but if you allow you immune system to operate poorly you would be at risk.
      Also vitamin defieciens can predispose you to cancer.
      For example Vitamin D is naturally anti-cancer. When we are noturally exposed to the sun, our bodies actually make vitamin D (the only vitamin we manufacture)...but if you get too much exposure or use sun block, your body must rely on your diet for it vit D.

      You need to eat a lot more food and a lot more fiber!

      First, try to kick your fiber intake to 40 grams of both soluble and insoluble fiber.

      I found complete relief from very painful sinus by giving up water and other liquids for 48 hours. That was 3 years back and no sinus since then. Earlier I used to get sinus 2-3 times in a year with extreme body pain and fever of 105. There was an additional factor. For last 2-3 years I was drinking 1 glass of water 1 hour before each meal and no other water or liquids during the day.

      When there is more water in the cell then the energy producing capacity of the cell is significantly reduced. Reduced energy by the cells cause build up of water outside the cells as well. That causes pain in the entire body due to constant excess weight on the cells.

Moles do not need to be removed and wart remover will not remove them and there are no creams to remove them either.       Cancer is the viral invasion and the invitation of invasion of a body to a starvation of the body from it's functional living capability. The body is made up of living thread composed of DNA and RNA interceptors which react to the stimuli put upon it. These threads are said to be open tubules that bind together, like rolled threads into string.

      So, we have the invaders and the inviters of that invasion. The invaders that try to modify the RNA which allows cell replication...we are growing every minute...can allow orderly replication or disorderly replication depending on how it is instructed. Instructions come from the brain and chemical fluids in the body. Chemical fluids in the body, tubular structures that mix with the RNA and can modify it, can persuade it to replicate in error.

      What happens in cancer is the replication instructions are corrupted from changes in body chemistry that the body naturally tries to keep in place, but whose process can be interferred with, if enough pressure is put upon that process.

      ive had moles most of my life, and i have asked this uestion, usually there are not very expensive ways to get rid of the, but it just depends on the dermatologists in your area, they are now generally done by lasers, which is not very painful, sometimes painless.
      BUT I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE, that you get ALL of your moles checked by a dermatologist before you even consider doing anything to them, moles are the sign for skin cancer, i recently went to a dermatologist who carefully examined each mole, she did boibseys on three of them (cutting them off and sending them to the lab) luckily it came back clear, but you never know!

      also, it's important to not let yourself get tanned.those dark spots that get left behind after a pimple is healed remains longer on tanned skin.       Marijuana, can take up to a month to get out of your system, but it all depends on your weight, what you drink eat and things like that. For me, a 16 yr teenager about 140 pounds it took about 2 weeks to feel like i do not need it anymore, and get it out of my system . But i am very active, and i've also heard that working out sweating and stuff like that helps get it out of your system faster. Now, on how marijuana effects you? Well it varies from person to person. But there is a wide variety of highs. First of all, there are 2 types of marijuana . Sativa and Indica. Sativa is more of a high that makes you use your brain a lot more. If you're smoking some good sativa, it can induce laughter, tiredness, paranoia, hunger, make you observe everything and think ALOT about a wide variety of things. Now Indica on the other hand, it's more of a body high . But has a few of the effects of sativa. There are studies that are failing to prove that it's a gateway drug, failing to prove that it's linked with cancer, and failing to prove that it kills braincells. ( this theory that it did kill braincells, was made to fail by the government. They tested on monkeys, pumping marijuana smoke into them through masks for 5 minutes straight. Which caused there braincells to obviously die, because holding your breath over 7 seconds kills braincells. ) Marijuana can induce vomiting. For example, when you take a hit that you are not used to, it can make you greenout. Which is pretty much throwing up then passing out . But it is rare, just work your tolerence up, and eventually you will be able to take FATTY tokes. But everyone is different, so some people naturally just can take as big of a hit as they want to. Now, on how it effects me. ( once again everyones different ) . Depending on my mood, it can make me happy. Make me want to be lazy, but also sometimes be active. It can make me go into observe mode, which is pretty much just chilling and thinking about many things. (usually when you get a bit to high on some strong ish.) I get hungry most of the time , sometimes start to slur words, sometimes makes me a bit drowsey/ tired. Sometimes if smoke ALOTT i might have a bad memory of the night. It also makes me paranoid from time to time, which means im usuallyscared of how other people are thinking about me, i usually get quiet when this happens. But i'm already depressed mostly when i do get paranoid. Marijuana makes you burnout aswell. After seshing, eventually the high goes away and leaves you burntout. Which means your hungry, tired and slow. To get rid of it, simply smoke a bit more . But if not, take a nice nap. Marijuana does not make you violent, but honestly more peacefull and chill. Remember, you will not experience these all on one high. It varies on alot of things like mood, potency, type, if i ate alot that day , things like that. This is how i've felt from smoking from 2 YEARS. I Wouldn't of been able to say as much as i did now, a year ago. But those are the effects. onto addiction. Marijuana can lead to addictive behaviours. Until about january this year, i could quit at any time. Then some real shitty stuff happend in my life, i changed as a person and i got addicted because i abused it to get away from depression evnetually just smoking allllll the time. I got out of that, but i still smoke quite a bit almost everyday atleast 1 toke . I do not go hardcore smoke 5 gs a day, but it all depends on what i'm doing, if it's a nice day or raining, if i'm tired, bored sick .       How to be vegan?

    How much protein should you eat to have healthy hair?
    My hair is more dry and delicate than it sued to be and I think it's because I hardly ever eat meat now. I don't eat red meat at all I occasionally eat chicken maybe once a week and I'm considering becoming a vegetarian because I just can't bring myself to eat meat anymore chicken is the only thing I can stomach and even that's becoming difficult.
